Senova documentation

How to use the Media Studio — from a single product shot to scroll-stopping motion.

What Senova Media is

Senova is a media studio for products. You bring one product photo — or generate an image from a description — pick a look, and the studio produces production images and short video built around it. The studio lives at /media.

Two things define how it works:

Getting started

The whole flow is four steps:

  1. Sign in at /login, then open the studio at /media.
  2. Bring a product shot. Upload a photo of your product, or generate an image from a text description if you don't have one yet.
  3. Pick a look. Choose an image style (for stills) or a camera move (for motion).
  4. Generate. The credit price is shown on the button before you click. You're only charged for what you generate.
Tip: the more specific your description — the setting, the surface, the light — the closer the first result lands to what you meant.

Images

Production stills from one product shot.

Around 24 image styles cover the range from clean e-commerce shots to editorial and cinematic looks. Pick a style, describe the shot, and generate.

You pick the model for each generation, and the credit price for that pick is shown before you click. If Senova needs to upgrade the underlying model to hit the quality bar, that upgrade is Senova's cost — the price you saw is the price you pay.

Motion

Put the product in motion.

Around 18 camera moves — the studio turns your still into a short video with the move you picked. Before you spend on a finished clip, run a 5-second motion test: a cheap look at how the move reads on your product.

Longer and higher-fidelity video is on the roadmap. Those options stay off in the studio until they're enabled — nothing you can click will quietly cost more than it says.

One-prompt ads

One prompt. Voice, words, music, video — in sync.

Describe the ad once, and the studio produces the whole thing: a voiceover, on-screen words, music, and video, all kept in sync with each other. You confirm the credit price before the run starts, same as everything else.

Credits & pricing

Everything in the studio is priced per generation, in credits. The rules:

The published price list lives at /product/media#pricing. What you see there, on the generate button, and in the confirmation are the same numbers.

Using your media

Every generation lands in your library inside the studio. From there you can:

FAQ & troubleshooting

The result isn't what I described

Be specific and change one thing at a time. Naming the setting, surface, and light works better than a long paragraph of mixed directions. Styles are a strong lever — try the same description under a different look.

Why is longer video greyed out?

Longer and higher-fidelity video is on the roadmap and stays off until it's enabled. The studio only offers what it can price and deliver today.

Do my credits expire?

No. Purchased credits never expire.

How do I know what a generation will cost?

The credit price is shown before every generating click, and the full price list is published at /product/media#pricing. If the price isn't visible, you're not about to be charged.

Are the showcase images real?

Yes — every preview image is a real generation, and each card shows the prompt, the model, and what it cost.

How do I report a bug?
